Warranty
When you order one of our items you automatically get a warranty period of one year. This means that you are insured against damage to your jewelry during this period. You will have to prove that the damage is the result of a manufacturing defect, because our warranty does not cover damage resulting from normal wear and tear, improper use and accidents. If the damage is indeed our fault, you can return it to us after reporting it through our customer service and we will repair it free of charge.
REPAIR
If your jewelry is damaged after a year, you can use our jewelry care service. For a friendly price we will repair your jewelry and send it back to you as good as new. You can notify us by sending an email with a few pictures of your broken piece of jewelry to: info@tweek-eek.com. This way we can check the possibilities of your repair and inform you about the next step.
REPLATED
When we talk about gilded items, our brass product is covered with a layer of 24kt gold (3 microns). This is of very high quality yet over time, depending on various causes, the gilding will slowly fade. Therefore we offer trophy care, our service where we take care of your item. Once polished and re-polished, your jewelry will be like new again.

We recommend sending it in a firm package as a letterbox post with a track and trace.
Once we receive your item, we will begin the replating process and make your item like new again. Please keep in mind that replating may take up to 3-4 weeks.
