HOW TO KEEP YOUR JEWELRY SHINY?
Remember this golden rule: wear more, polish less. The friction created when you wear your jewelry gives impurities less of a chance to adhere to the surface.
Jewelry and perspiration are not friends. Remove your jewelry before you go to the gym.
The chemicals in cleaning products, perfume, sunscreen and hairspray can damage your jewelry, so remove your jewelry if you come into contact with any of these products
Chlorine, shampoo, soap and salt water can also damage your jewelry. Remove your jewelry before taking a shower or jumping into the pool or sea.

HOW TO STORE YOUR JEWELRY?
Silver/gold oxidizes naturally under the influence of air, light and humidity. Therefore, store your jewelry in a dark and dry place and away from the bathroom.
Store each piece of jewelry separately to avoid scratching. Keep the original jewelry box as they are customized to hold the jewelry.

HOW TO CLEAN YOUR STERLING SILVER JEWELRY?
Sterling silver 925 jewelry can be gently polished with a toothbrush and mild, preferably natural, detergent.
For silver and gold-plated jewelry, occasional cleaning with a special cloth (you can buy these at various places) keeps the silver/gold shiny and removes oxidation.

WARRANTY POLICY
If your jewelry has a defect within one year of purchase, you can return it to us after reporting it through our customer service and we will repair it free of charge.

REPAIR
If your piece of jewelry has broken after one year, you can use our jewelry care service. For a friendly price we will repair your item and send it back to you as good as new. Please inform us by sending an email with some photographs of your broken item to: info@admin.tweek-eek.com. This way we can check the possibilities of your repair and inform you about the next step.
Replated
When we talk about gilded items, our brass product is covered with a layer of 24kt gold (3 microns). This is of very high quality yet over time, depending on various causes, the gilding will slowly fade. Therefore we offer trophy care, our service where we take care of your item. Once polished and re-polished, your jewelry will be like new again.

We recommend sending it in a firm package as a letterbox post with a track and trace.
Once we receive your item, we will begin the replating process and make your item like new again. Please keep in mind that replating may take up to 3-4 weeks.
