Repairs & Replating

If your jewelry needs care after purchase, we offer repair and replating services to help extend the life of your piece.

Warranty

If your jewelry develops a defect within one year of purchase, please contact our customer service. You can return the item to us, and we will repair it free of charge.

Please email us at info@tweek-eek.com with your order details and photos of the defect.

Repairs

If your piece of jewelry breaks after one year, you can use our jewelry care service. For a friendly price, we’ll repair your item and send it back to you as good as new.

Please email us at info@tweek-eek.com with photos of your broken item. We’ll assess the repair possibilities and inform you about the next step.

Replating

Our gilded brass items are covered with a layer of 24kt gold plating. Over time, depending on wear and other factors, the gilding may slowly fade.

That’s why we offer Trophy Care: a service where we polish and re-plate your item, so your jewelry will look like new again.

Once we receive your item, we will begin the replating process. Please keep in mind that replating may take up to 3–4 weeks.
