At Tweek-Eek, you have 30 days from the shipping date to return your order. Items for return or exchange must be in perfect condition and in their original Tweek-Eek packaging.
We are happy to arrange your return with UPS. Simply email us at info@tweek-eek.com with your order details. This service is available for NL/EU orders only.
Return shipping costs are your responsibility, not Tweek-Eek’s. To help minimize environmental impact, we discourage unnecessary returns.

Once we receive your return, we will send you a confirmation email. Processing may take up to 14 days. You’ll receive another email once the return has been processed, and the refund will be credited to your account within a few days.
If your jewelry develops a defect within one year of purchase, please contact our customer service. You can return the item to us, and we will repair it free of charge.

If your piece of jewelry breaks after one year, you can use our jewelry care service. For a friendly price, we’ll repair your item and send it back to you as good as new.

Our gilded brass items are covered with a layer of 24kt gold plating. Over time, depending on wear and other factors, the gilding may slowly fade.
That’s why we offer Trophy Care: a service where we polish and re-plate your item, so your jewelry will look like new again.
Once we receive your item, we will begin the replating process. Please keep in mind that replating may take up to 3–4 weeks.
