Tweek-Eek offers jewelry and related products through its online store. We do our best to display product descriptions, materials, colors, sizes and images as accurately as possible.
Please note that slight variations in color, finish or appearance may occur due to screen settings, handmade details or natural wear over time.
When you place an order through our webshop, you are responsible for providing accurate and complete information, including your name, email address, shipping address and payment details.
After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation by email. This confirmation means we have received your order. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order if there is an error, suspected fraud, incorrect pricing or if a product is unavailable.
All prices are shown in euros and include VAT, unless stated otherwise.
Shipping costs are calculated and displayed during checkout or on our Shipping page. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.
Payments are handled through our webshop and payment providers. Your order will only be processed after payment has been successfully completed.
Tweek-Eek does not directly store full payment card details. Payment information may be processed by Shopify and/or selected payment providers.
Orders placed before 4 p.m. will be shipped the same day.
Estimated delivery times and shipping costs can be found on our Shipping page. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination, carrier and circumstances outside our control.
Tweek-Eek is not responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs, incorrect shipping details or force majeure events.
You have 30 days from the shipping date to return your order. Items for return or exchange must be in perfect condition and in their original Tweek-Eek packaging.
To start a return, please contact us at info@tweek-eek.com with your order details.
Return shipping costs are your responsibility, unless stated otherwise or required by applicable law. Please keep your tracking code until your return has been received and processed.
Once we receive your return, we will send you a confirmation email. Processing may take up to 14 days. After the return has been processed, the refund will be credited to your account within a few days.

If your jewelry develops a defect within one year of purchase, please contact us at info@tweek-eek.com with your order details and photos of the defect.
If the defect falls under warranty, you can return the item to us and we will repair it free of charge.
Warranty does not cover damage caused by normal wear, incorrect use, accidents, improper care or external factors.
If your jewelry breaks after one year or needs care over time, you may use our repair or replating services.
Please contact us at info@tweek-eek.com with photos of your item. We will assess the repair or replating possibilities and inform you about the next step.
Repair and replating costs, timelines and return instructions may vary depending on the item and service.
You may use our website for personal and lawful purposes only. You may not use the website in a way that could damage, disable, overload or interfere with the website or its security.
All content on the website, including images, text, branding, product names and designs, belongs to Tweek-Eek or its licensors unless stated otherwise. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute or use this content without written permission.
